Pro Care Physio has been around since September 2015, all while gaining the trusts of thousands of patients through its holistic, quality and effective services. Found by a team of trained, professional physiotherapists with eleven years of experience, Pro Care Physio has been top notch in providing therapy and rehabilitation to those affected by injuries, illness or disabilities.

Their high-quality services are equipped with instruments and appliances of the latest and advanced technology, plus it boasts various forms of treatments depending on the conditions of patients visiting the centre. Apart from a comfortable, serene and peaceful ambience, the centre focuses on providing multi-feature rehabilitation services with advanced technology for patients of various conditions that involve the musculoskeletal, neurological, paediatric and circulatory systems. The therapists from Pro Care Physio have also been known to be experts of slipped disc conditions among patients.

Located conveniently in the city centre, the range of services provided extends from manual therapy to exercise rehabilitation, therapeutic modalities, and to advanced treatment services involving the uses of cutting-edge technology such as spinal decompression therapy. The Experienced Team

Pro Care Physio was founded by a team of trained physiotherapists with at least 13 years of experience in physiotherapy centres, nursing homes, home treatments, and in-house clinics.

The team focuses on providing multi-feature rehabilitation services for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, paediatric and circulatory conditions. Apart from the main centre where most treatment plans are carried out, Pro Care Physio also provides in-house physiotherapy services in panel clinics.

Ms. Laavanya A/P Rajandran

Consultant Physiotherapist & Founder of Pro Care Physio

Ms. Laavanya, or better known as Miss Lavin is one of the founders and directors of Pro Care Physio. Besides appropriate treatment approaches, she strongly holds on to the comfort and care of her patients. A successful rehabilitation not only depends on effective treatment plans, but also the ambience and adaptability of the treatment centre. Hence, Ms. Laavanya always ensures a squeaky clean, adaptable, calm and comfortable environment within our premises. She is also a committed and caring person with a great passion for helping people of all ages. Her goal is to encourage patients and their development by facilitating their recovery and helping them stay independent as much as possible.

All house-call consultations are handled by Ms. Laavanya and she also carries out in-house physiotherapy treatments at panel clinics. She is also highly passionate and skilful in sport related injuries and her treatments are always based on manual therapy and active rehabilitation, both of which are very effective in relieving pain and restoring muscle-joint functions.

Ms. Valarmoli A/P Kannan

Consultant Physiotherapist & Founder of Pro Care Physio

Ms. Valarmoli, known to her patients as Ms. Moli is one of the founders and directors of Pro Care Physio. According to her, a precise diagnosis is the key for a successful treatment, followed by constructing a suitable and effective treatment plan targeting a patient’s concern. Her extensive experience in this field has greatly enhanced her technical abilities such as observing and analysing X-Ray and MRI images, besides sharpening her skills in treating spinal disorders such as neck and back pains. She is also an expert in treating slipped disc conditions among patients and has contributed to the centre being acknowledged for its treatment for slipped disc conditions.
Ms. Moli is extremely proficient in diagnosing headaches and migraines, given her particular interest in this area of physiotherapy, besides acquiring an extensive knowledge in paediatric rehabilitation. She always updates herself and the team with advanced techniques and precise hand skills from time to time to ensure maximum effectiveness in all our treatment plans.

Mdm. Yogadevi A/P Munusamy

Director of Business Development & Marketing of Pro Care Physio & Founder of Pro Care Physio

Mdm. Yoga previous post as the head of the physiotherapy department in Manipal Hospital, Klang has provided her 12 years of experience in handling numerous conditions from various patients with different medical backgrounds. Mdm. Yoga has attended to more than 20 000 patients and is very proficient in her field. She also provides medical training and awareness talks in schools, hospitals and industries. Her expertise in this field has equipped her with adequate knowledge regarding back care training, ergonomic awareness, knee and osteoarthritis conditions, lifting training, aerobic training for diabetic and obese patients, postural care training, ante-natal lessons (pregnancy exercise sessions), pain management, and so many others. She aims to deliver as much knowledge as she could to the people to establish a society that is concerned about their body conditions and how to treat/look after them.
Her extensive background in physiotherapy has established Mdm. Yoga as one of our best physiotherapists. Besides proper treatment and recovery, she focuses greatly on spreading awareness regarding the significance of physiotherapy and its ability to enhance a person’s lifestyle through successful and fulfilled rehabilitation.

Senior Physiotherapist

Ms Thilathavathy is easily one of the best physiotherapists as she has valuable experiences as a senior physiotherapist in Loh Guan Lye Specialists Centre in Penang, apart from 14 years of conducting treatments for patients from a wide range of conditions. Apart from her professional skills, she is also fluent in Malay, English, Tamil and Mandarin which loosens the language barrier during consultation processes.

Besides quality treatment and care, she focuses on educating and raising awareness among our patients regarding self-care and investing adequate interest and motives in their health and treatment plans. According to her, more than physiotherapists, patients should be active and involved throughout the treatment process of their conditions. Her kind, caring, empathetic and humble personality makes her an excellent member of our team and an overall highly proficient physiothrspist.

She found her passion in treating musculoskeletal conditions especially sports injuries after many of her patients led pain-free, full lives as a result of her treatment. The satisfaction has made her to continuously progress in this field and she strives to be the best for her patients by constantly moulding herself with adequate practice. She aims to grow professionally by sharpening her skills in physiotherapy, all while providing top-notch services to her patients.

Ms. Shanthini Devi joined our team on November 2020. In her five-year-experience working in several companies, she has garnered sufficient knowledge in dealing clients’ and customers’ queries, comments and criticism. The goals of our patients, allied doctors and colleagues are her focal areas and she strives to ensure these goals are achieved successfully.
In Pro Care Physio, she is determined to expand our organization to accommodate a larger number of patients, besides meeting potential clients and engaging them as panels for our centre. To her, growth is all about cultivating creativity and translating it into ideas that offer the edge to a project.
